Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SnaptoExcel (the “Service”), operated by Daacoworks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SnaptoExcel converts photographed or scanned checklists and similar documents into editable Excel files using AI. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must sign in with a valid Google account and be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. Workspace administrators are responsible for the members they invite.

3. Credits, Payments & Refunds

• Conversions consume credits. Credits are purchased in packs via our payment provider, Razorpay, in the currency shown at checkout.
• Credit consumption is based on the AI tokens used to process your document.
• Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST for India), which are added where required.
• Purchased credits are non-transferable. Except where required by law, payments for credits are non-refundable; consumed credits cannot be reversed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process, or that is unlawful, infringing, or confidential to a third party without authorization.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or abuse the Service in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the Excel files generated for you. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service (including sending images to our AI providers to perform the conversion). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-based extraction may contain errors, especially with handwriting, low-quality images, or complex layouts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every generated file before relying on it. We do not warrant that output will be complete or accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on generated output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time. Certain provisions (payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
