This Privacy Policy explains how Daacoworks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of SnaptoExcel (the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service. By using SnaptoExcel you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create and identify your account.
• Uploaded content. The checklist images (and optional Excel templates) you upload, and the Excel files we generate from them, are stored so you can access your conversion history.
• Payment information. Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. We receive transaction identifiers and status; we do not store your full card or bank details.
• Usage data. We record conversion activity and AI token usage to operate the credit system and improve the Service. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, browser type) may also be recorded.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service — converting your images to Excel and giving you access to your records.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
• To monitor, maintain, and improve the Service, and to prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account, purchases, or team invitations.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following sub-processors to deliver the Service:

• Google — sign-in and authentication.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• OpenAI and Anthropic — AI models that read your uploaded image to extract its table data. Images are sent to these providers solely to perform the conversion you request.
• DigitalOcean Spaces — storage of your uploaded images and generated files.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — sending transactional and invitation emails.

Each provider processes your data under its own privacy terms.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your images, generated files, and records are retained while your account is active so you can view and download them. You may delete individual conversions at any time from your dashboard, which removes the associated stored files. We retain billing records as required for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data, and you may request closure of your account by contacting us. You can remove uploaded images and generated files yourself from the dashboard.

7. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
